Reading the Bible: Transforming our Vision

February 4 – Do We Need New Glasses?

We will examine how we tend to read the Bible, with consideration of what that approach implies. We will explore a significantly different way of seeing Scripture.

February 11 – Congregational Meeting – no Adult Ed

February 18 – The Big Story: God’s Love Affair with the World

In the second session, we will step back and look at the big picture, summarizing the central story line of the Bible within the framework of Genesis and Revelation.

February 25 – Is There a Biblical Position on That? Struggling with Competing Views

In the final session, we will recognize some debates within the Bible, and consider the implications for us.
