Carter 50th Anniversary, Sept. 22

Carter Early Learning Centre, Bethel’s oldest local community outreach mission, is turning 50 years this October. A celebration to mark this significant achievement is happening here at Bethel on Sun., Sept. 22 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
