On my phone, I am asked to sign in again to see Members Online Files
Bethel uses a service called Microsoft OneDrive to share and keep our Bethel Online Files secure. If you are trying to open the link from our members area, on your phone or tablet, it may try to use the OneDrive app installed on your device instead of staying in the web browser. The Bethel Online Files is meant to be opened in your browser. If the app is opening instead there are 3 different options to solve the problem:
1. You have a OneDrive account, and you are already logged in.
It will show a message to open the link in the web browser - here is an example:
2. The OneDrive app is pre-installed on your device, you don’t have a OneDrive account, so it asks you to log in or create one. It is not necessary to create an account.
If you don’t anticipate using the OneDrive app, you can instead uninstall it.
3. You want to keep the OneDrive App - but don’t want to create an account at the moment.
You can choose to not allow the OneDrive app to open links:
I have not heard of someone needing to change the settings on an iPhone or iPad at this time.
